Of particular note is our ability to deploy our property database engine on a company web site,
at a fraction of what it would cost a company to develop and maintain on its own.
In January 2010 we released a Property Map service. The Property Map installs with three lines of code and sits seamlessly inside an I-frame on any third-party web site. Click here to learn more about this service, which includes many different site mock-ups that can be viewed.
Our property database service includes the following summary pages:
i) company links that serves as the main property page, providing links to all other property related pages;
ii) a buildings page per property type that provides summary information (including thumbnail building photo) on each property;
iii) a sublease page that lists all of a firm's exclusive subleases;
iv) a "broker mailing" page that lists each individual space available for lease; and
v) a mapping feature that places all listing on an interactive map. Listings can also be displayed by Agent
or with a resume and unique url (www1.officespace.com/scottrice).
In addition, each property includes:
i) a suite-by-suite availability page;
ii) location map;
iii) a "More Info" button that provides a way for visitors to send email inquiries; and
iv) a "Tour Request" form that allows visitors to schedule a property tour.
Our "Featured Property" service adds:
i) a one-page printable flyer with map and features or available space;
ii) floor plans;
iii) site plan; and
iv) floor/view photos.
Our "Search Feature" provides visitors the ability to search through all of a firm's exclusive
commercial listings (including subleases) using market area, size (square feet) and rental rate
as search parameters.
Web site design services range from $200 for a basic web site to $900 for a custom web site that incorporates our property database.
Our hosting service for a company web site is $395 per year and comes with ftp access to our secured server. In addition, Logo Linking is available at a 50% discount.
Hosting service for a building web site is $395 per year with inclusion in our building web site directory at no extra charge.
Our property database service costs $100 per month, or for those companies who maintain their listings using our online edit feature, we offer a free Google Map API.
