There are two ways to access a property's rate and occupancy history:
1. Go to the property's space detail page (Example).
If you have purchased a premium member service account or have signed up for a free 30 day trial, you will find a link towards the bottom of the page to "rate and occupancy history".
2. Go to the main membership page, select vacancy rates and drill down to the building detail, where each building name links to its occupancy history.
