The idea was born in 1995, but we're very much a start up in terms of continuously thinking innovatively about how to better serve this market. We currently provide services to brokers to allow them to sell more effectively. In addition, we provide a comprehensive database of current office space listings for sale or lease in Seattle, Spokane, Portland, Denver, Cincinnati, Columbus, and Minneapolis (go here).
